OUR Mission Statement
To raise and maintain the standard of the profession and trade of Beauty Culturists in the State of Texas and establish a code of ethics among its members. Our goal is to introduce advance training in Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, Hair Implementation and Nail Artistry. We also strive to support legislation favorable to the trade and profession and to oppose any legislation that is unfavorable. To promote social and economic welfare of our members. To bind together the affiliated units into a comprehensive organization in Texas.
Our Purpose
We encourage the spirit of helpful cooperation between the cosmetologist, barbers and the citizenry of any community in which such member resides and to promote the social and economic welfare of the members of this Association.
